Kaitlin works as the Marketing and Sales Coordinator for Five Dot Ranch. In this position, she manages the everyday marketing for the family company. She is also a sales representative where she works with other staff members and customers to facilitate weekly beef orders and sales.

“Mr. Rustici’s gift to support scholarships for multiple students annually who are perusing careers in the beef industry is the first of its kind in California,” states Kaitlin a 2011, 2012, 2013, and 2014 Rustici Scholarship Award Winner. “I am grateful for receiving the scholarship during my four years at Cal Poly- it supported my career goal to return to the family ranching operation.”
